Production Assistant/Editor
I have been with Viscom since September 2008 as a Production Assistant/Editor. Previously I worked at STV in Glasgow and Aberdeen as a traffic co-ordinator and Picture Editor/Technical Operator for their North and Central news programmes.
I got an HND in TV Production from Aberdeen College in 2006 and have worked on broadcast, film and documentary programmes. I have always been interested in the technical aspects of video production and film-making, especially cinematography and editing.
I work primarily as an Editor but have also been known to pick up a camera, some lights and even rummage in the depths of Photoshop and After Effects.
I enjoy photography, climbing, watching (and occasionally making) films and travel. Beyond that I harbour the desire to improve the world one single, solitary giggle at a time.
